There are lots of possibilities for training at the HATC. Miles of dirt roads are surrounding the Centre. There is a 400 meter track nearby.

There are many beautiful paths for mountain-biking. In the Centre we have a map with all the tracks, paths and possible training courses you find in the area. It's also a great opportunity to train at altitude, the Centre lies at 2400 meters (8000 ft.) above sea-level.

The Gym has weight machines, Cross trainers, Bikes, free weights and space for core stability training, strength training and stretching. Take a closer look at our Gym

The Gym has a clinic for physiotherapy and sports massage and two sauna's.

We have a coach who can cater for all levels of fitness and experience. He can provide training advice and schedules at a weekly cost depending on your needs. Please email info@lornah.com for more details.

Our Gym Instructors run 3 Core Stability, Strengthening and Stretching sessions a week. These are free to attend for HATC guests.
